- Find your MAC: Launch Hot Player on your TV. Your "MAC Address" is displayed on the home screen (format type: 00:11:22:AA:BB:CC).
- Copy your M3U Link: This is the link you received via email or WhatsApp after your PRIMA order.
- Activate: The activation process links your playlist to your device automatically.
- Restart: Once activation is completed, simply restart your TV (or refresh the application). The PRIMA TV playlist will appear.
⚠️ Backup Solution (Manual Method)
If for any reason the automated activation process is unavailable, you can still use the official Hot Player application portal. This method is slightly longer but always works.
- Go to the official website: https://hotplayer.app/upload
- Enter your MAC address and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Name the playlist PRIMA and paste your M3U link.

Does HotPlayer contain channels and from where can I get a playlist?
No, HotPlayer is a pure MEDIA PLAYER where you can run your Playlist. The application does not include channels. Content providers are responsible for the playlists they supply.
How can I lock my TV's MAC address?
You can lock your MAC address directly in the application settings using the Lock MAC option to prevent unauthorized changes.
What happens if I upload a wrong M3U List / LINK?
If the playlist is invalid, HotPlayer will display a warning message directly on your TV screen.
