PRIMA TV Service Agreement — Complete terms governing your IPTV subscription, device support, delivery guarantees, and your rights as a member.

1. Subscription Terms & Billing

What You Are Subscribing To

A PRIMA TV subscription grants you access to our IPTV service, including 20,000+ live channels, 40,000+ on-demand movies and series, catch-up TV (24-hour replay), and an electronic program guide (EPG). Your subscription is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. PRIMA TV accepts three secure payment methods:

  • PayPal — Safe, secure, and instant processing
  • Stripe — Credit/debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Bank Transfer (SEPA, International Wire) — Direct payment for maximum security and control

Your subscription renews automatically on the billing date unless canceled. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription.

Price Changes

PRIMA TV reserves the right to adjust subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. You will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect.

Unsupported Configurations

We cannot guarantee support for devices manufactured before 2010, jailbroken or modified devices, or devices running unsupported operating systems. For unlisted devices, please contact our support team.

4. IPTV Player Activation & Support

One Player Included at No Extra Cost

Your PRIMA TV subscription includes one IPTV player application at no additional charge. We support and cover installation on the world's most popular and reliable players: IBO Player, Hot Player, IPTV Smarters Pro, Smart IPTV, TiviMate, and Roku Channel. Player activation is fully covered by your subscription.

Second Player — Less Than 10% of Your Monthly Cost

If you need a second player installed on an additional device, the activation fee is less than 10% of your monthly subscription cost. For example, on a $10/month plan, a second player costs under $1. Contact our support team to add additional players.

Multi-Player Management

You may install PRIMA TV on as many devices as you own, but only one player can stream content simultaneously (see the Simultaneous Streaming Policy). All other installed players remain inactive until you switch to them.

Player Support & Troubleshooting

Our support team specializes in IBO Player, Hot Player, and Roku. For other players (IPTV Smarters Pro, Smart IPTV, TiviMate, etc.), we offer general guidance and credential support. For player-specific technical issues outside our scope, please contact the player developer directly. We can always help you reconfigure your credentials.

Player Compatibility & Availability

We maintain partnerships with multiple player developers to ensure cross-platform compatibility. If a player becomes unavailable, we will provide alternative installation guides at no extra cost.

5. Simultaneous Streaming Policy

One Stream at a Time

Each subscription allows only one simultaneous live stream. You cannot watch different channels on two devices at the same time. Attempting multiple concurrent streams will cause one or both streams to be interrupted.

Multi-Device Installation — Yes, But Sequentially

PRIMA TV can be installed on an unlimited number of devices (Firestick, Smart TV, phone, tablet, computer, etc.), provided only one device streams at any given moment. For example, you can watch on your TV at 8 PM and switch to your phone at 9 PM without any issue. However, if a second device attempts to stream simultaneously, one connection will drop.

Household Usage — Sharing Is Allowed

You may share your subscription with immediate family members living in the same household, as long as they do not stream simultaneously from separate devices. Household members may use the service sequentially, but not concurrently.

Multi-Connection Protection

Our system monitors concurrent connections. If multiple simultaneous streams are detected on a single account, the secondary stream will be automatically disabled. You may also be required to reset your credentials for security purposes.

📺 One Stream Rule: One subscription = one simultaneous stream, unlimited devices. Install on as many devices as you like, but stream from only one at a time.

6. Adult Content & Parental Controls

Adult Content — Disabled by Default

PRIMA TV includes channels and content rated for adult audiences. Adult content is disabled by default and remains inaccessible until you explicitly request activation through your client portal or by contacting support.

Activation on Request

To enable adult content, log into your client portal, go to Content Preferences, and toggle "Adult Content" to enabled. You will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. Alternatively, contact our support team and they will activate it within 5 minutes.

Parental Controls & PIN Protection

You can set a PIN code to restrict access to adult channels, preventing other household members from accessing restricted content. PIN protection is configured through your account settings.

Safe Defaults

All new accounts have adult content blocked by default. Children and other viewers are protected from inappropriate material unless a parent or account holder explicitly enables access.

7. True 4K Ultra HD Guarantee

Real 4K Streaming — No Upscaling

PRIMA TV guarantees genuine 4K Ultra HD content (3840 × 2160 resolution) on compatible channels and devices. We do not artificially upscale 1080p content and label it "4K." What you see is true 4K.

4K Channel Availability

Over 200 of our live channels stream in native 4K, including premium sports, movies, and international content. A stable internet connection of 30 Mbps or more is recommended for uninterrupted 4K playback.

Adaptive Quality

If your internet connection is insufficient, PRIMA TV will automatically reduce stream quality (to 1080p, 720p, or 480p) to prevent buffering. This is a necessary safeguard for a smooth viewing experience, not a service limitation.

If 4K Is Not Working

Contact our support team. We will troubleshoot your device, check your internet speed, and verify your subscription tier. If native 4K is unavailable in your region, you will retain full access to all HD channels with no reduction in service.

8. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee

7-Day Full Refund — No Questions Asked

If you are not completely satisfied with PRIMA TV within 7 days of subscribing, we will refund 100% of your payment. This is an unconditional guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your client portal
  2. Go to Billing / Subscription Management
  3. Click "Request Refund" within 7 days of purchase
  4. Select a reason (optional)
  5. The refund is processed immediately to your original payment method

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is requested, your subscription is immediately deactivated. The refunded amount will appear in your bank account or payment service within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

After 7 Days

After the 7-day money-back period, standard cancellation policies apply. You may still cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds for unused portions will not be issued.

How to Activate Your Free Trial

Visit our website, select the "24-Hour Free Trial" option, and enter your email address. Your trial credentials are generated and delivered automatically within minutes. You can start streaming immediately on any compatible device.

No Automatic Charge

Your free trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue using PRIMA TV after 24 hours, you must manually activate a paid plan. If you do not upgrade, your account simply expires — no charges apply.

10. Account & Device Migration

Switching to a New Device

If you purchase a new TV, Firestick, or streaming device, migrating your PRIMA TV subscription is straightforward. Simply uninstall the player from your old device and install it on the new one using the same credentials. Your subscription works immediately on the new device, at no additional cost.

Player Migration

When moving to a new device, the IPTV player can generally be transferred as well, depending on the device and player. For example, moving from an older Firestick to a Fire TV Cube allows you to install the same player on the new device. Contact our support team for device-specific guidance.

Migration Support

Our team will assist you through the entire migration process, including uninstalling from your old device and setting up your new one — all at no charge. Reach us via the client portal, WhatsApp, or email, and we will complete the migration within 24 hours.

No Additional Cost

Device migration is completely free and included with your subscription. No activation fees, setup fees, or device-change charges apply.

11. User Obligations & Restrictions

Prohibited Activities

  • No Credential Sharing: Your username and password are for your personal use only. Sharing them with non-household members or publishing them publicly is a violation of these terms.
  • No Commercial Use: Broadcasting PRIMA TV content in public venues (bars, restaurants, gyms, etc.) without a commercial license is strictly prohibited.
  • No Reverse Engineering: Any attempt to decrypt, decode, or compromise our service is strictly prohibited.
  • No Reselling: You may not resell or redistribute PRIMA TV access as a product or service.
  • No VPN Circumvention for Piracy: Using a VPN to bypass regional restrictions for piracy purposes is prohibited.

Account Suspension or Termination

PRIMA TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt unauthorized access. Termination is immediate and no refund is issued, except within the 7-day money-back window.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to PRIMA TV. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

PRIMA TV is provided "as-is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, device damage, or content unavailability resulting from third-party issues or circumstances beyond our control.
